HPS is an independent roofing and property maintenance business based in the North-east of England. We provide a wide range of roofing services including roof tiling, slating, leadwork, single ply membranes and liquid roofs.

The work we undertake as a roofing contractor includes new Build Housing, Residential, Commercial, Retirement, Restoration and Repairs. Our customer base includes housing associations, construction contractors, Property and Building management companies and the general public.

We also specialise in Roof Surveys for a number of large residential and commercial management companies.
